Should I wear my Uniform?

I have been invited to the Ontario Volunteer Service Awards in recognition of my 5 year award with scouting. The invitation states Business Attire. I have never been so I am wondering if I should wear my uniform?

Wear your uniform with Pride. The award you are receiving in recognition for Scouting service , so wear it with pride.

That was the direction I was leaning, but I just wanted to make sure. I would hate to show up and either 1) be the only person in uniform or 2) be the only scouter NOT in uniform...

I agree with mrsmagoo. If the award is for your work with Scouting, it is 100% right to wear the uniform. Even if you are the only person if uniform, I don't see why that would be a problem. "It is not because things are difficult that we do not dare; it is because we do not dare that they are difficult."
