Venturer and Rover Crafts? You'd better believe it.

I know, I know; crafts for Venturers and Rovers seems a bit of a heresy. This need not be the case though. Check out these two sites for some truly amazing projects that will amaze and inspire. Forget about gluing googlie eyes on rocks and start thinking about plasma speakers, lasers built from discarded DVD burners, or even a simple set of origami paper claws:

Re: Venturer and Rover Crafts? You'd better believe it.

Both of these sites (and the magazine) are amazing. I've been a subscriber since the beginning. I would even recommend both of these sites to the other sections.

There are many activities on these types of sites that can be scaled up or down based on skill and age.

Perhaps we should partner with Instructables to hold a contest to come up with the best beaver/cub/scout aged craft. For the cost of the prizes, you would get a wealth of crafts for very cheap. Plus we are looking for new partners...
