Trainer Development for youth

I am collecting young people to train youth leadership courses like Patrol Leader, Sixer, Activity Leader etc. Need to find good material to get them comfortable with various presentation techniques, etc. Any ideas?

Cheers,
Wayne

I have some resources for a Public Speaking challenge badge which I can email to you. At the PL training course that we run, we have the Scouts do Table Topics (give a 1 minute speech on a topic given one minute before speaking). It's not specific to training, but gets them more comfortable speaking in front of a group.

Take a look at FOCUS training:

We often run an annual youth leadership camp just like the one advertised above.

Your area training team should be able to get you the materials.
