Sixer's council

Our intrepid leader, Steve Kent makes note repeatedly of his start in the leadership role as a sixer and the sixer council.

I've been delegated the coordinating of such a group but would like some experiences and words of wisdom in this area if any of such is "out there" and you are able and willing to share.
