It may be of interest to readers of ths forum that Scouts Australia is looking for a member to "INVESTIGATE OVERSEAS TRENDS AND BEST PRACTICES FOR YOUNG ADULTS IN LEADERSHIP ROLES, AND TO IDENTIFY SUCCESSFUL TRAINING PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG LEADERS."

It may be possible for a couple of members to 'sign up' as potential contributors to the effort.
