Site visit souvenir badges?

Not a Scout, but supervisor of a park that frequently hosts Scouts, Guides, Cadets, et al. We are often asked for souvenir badges or crests by visiting Scouts. Can somebody recommend to me an outfit that does that kind of work (Ontario, GTA or points east)? Are there standards as to how big/small they should be? Any any information on other design requirements/restrictions?

I use ebik.ca for our group. zonewest.ca is another one I have come across. I prefer those companies that manufacture in Canada rather than going off shore. Regular shaped crests (e.g. circle, square, triangle, etc), 2"-4" across are good. You want embroidered with a merrowed border. The companies all offer free design service, you can just send them a sketch or something pieced together with clip art and they will make it look good; may need a few iterations. Price breaks typically start at a quantity of 200.

I have found that ZoneWest has produced great badges with good customer service for us in the past.
They are able to do badges in any shape. Typically 6 or 7 colors of thread are included in the base price.

I have been very disappointed with the quality of Zonewest badges. I've done two separate large orders with them and both times the badges wore out after just a few years, far faster than most other badges. The last order I did was through Pro Image Crest. I'm satisfied so far, but it will take time before I will know how well their badges last.
