Roger's Center Colony sleepover--Toronto Feb. 2012

Planning on a Roger's Center Colony sleepover weekend in Toronto for Feb. 2012. Would like to see this go Ontario wide (or further) Look here for details and discussion as this unfolds.

Got to get this thing off the ground first--Believe it or not, the activities will be the easy part!

I posted this over on your facebook posting. I found in our Groups collection of badges one from the 1994 Beaver sleepover. The crest is a diamond shape, with each side 4 inches long. It is black and white with yellow stars and the beam of light from the "flashlight" is yellow.

I'm going to a area meeting on Wednesday. I'll bring it up. I don't think my colony is doing enough over-nights.

Any updated info on pricing? If I am going to encourage my area's Beaver Colonies to attend we need to set some goals for Fund raising to make this accessible to ALL our youths. If we do not start now we will never have enough time to work at it, it's now less than 9 months away.

Rogers Center Sleepover

According to my information, this would fall under the category of "Family Camping" for Beaver Scouts.
