I'm trying to right now but am having problems! My first attempt gave a warning that the file is too big.

Well I've given up trying to post the document here on the forum. You should be able to download it here:

It's roughly a 720k file.

I'm sure someone will get this issue fixed and then post the document. Alternatively, the new web site spoken of on the last page of the plan will have it when the site goes active next month.

I have asked for a WORD DOC in order to make comments on this paper easier. I hope that will be done, then the relevant pages/para's etc can be posted along with their comments...

The default limit for attachments was 800KB. It has been increased to 2MB which ought to be big enough for most purposes. Most files ought to be linked to from their originating website rather than copied and cloned anyway.
