Received the same package at our Council Scout Popcorn Kickoff.

There appears to be a problem with the link. I am getting a file not found error.

Hmmm... That used to work. Somebody has been messing with the website. I had complemented Steve Kent on the good work that was done here, so I have fired another email back in telling him to crack the whip on his web designers. There are three other Jumpstart links for the section programs that are broken too.
